Highly qualified, competent teachers provide holistic support to children aged 3 to 6 in German, using selected, valuable educational games and teaching materials. This includes sharpening their perception and all their senses, as well as promoting precursor skills for school. The children also receive musical training, either for half or full days. Precursor skills include developing an understanding of quantities and numbers, building a large vocabulary, and social skills.

Social competence
Long lessons overwhelm children's ability to concentrate. That is why songs, verses, and learning content are only taught in short sequences. In line with our guiding principle, “Help me to do it myself!”, children are supported in their self-determined actions.
Feeling helpless when interacting with others leads to discouragement and can prevent learners from concentrating on the game respectively the learning material. Learning begins with language. On the one hand, this serves to acquire basic mathematical skills, but on the other hand, it also serves to teach children social skills as early as possible.
“The limits of one's own freedom are the limits of the freedom of others.”
Based on this guideline, we show them how to resolve and avoid conflicts.
Self-control
Teaching materials with self-control are preferred. They contribute to minimizing the paternalisation by our teachers.
Pedagogical concept
'Help me to do it myself!' is one of the key principles of Maria Montessori's pedagogy. Valuable didactic teaching materials assist children in developing their perceptual abilities, which are significant for academic learning. Here are our differences in teaching from public kindergarten:
Small groups
The groups are small and mixed in age. This strongly reduces competition among the children. Instead of comparing themselves to others, each child can focus on their own needs.
Necessary materials
All the materials needed to achieve the teaching objectives in kindergarten are available at all times. This allows children to learn at their own pace. Depending on the lesson theme, materials are exchanged or supplemented.
Own learning pace
The kindergarten allows unlimited learning at one's own pace, in contrast to the conventional, time-limited workshop teaching, which is no longer contemporary.
We accompany and support the children in finding their own learning rhythm.
